St. Joe’s Fall Classic 2018

Braving the elements for St. Joe’s

Over 140 golfers braved howling winds and heavy rain to participate in St. Joe’s Fall Classic in early September. Together with our generous sponsors they raised an all-time high of $290,500. Thanks to their support, St. Joseph’s Health Centre is closer to building vital new spaces like a new Emergency Department.

A special thanks to the organizing committee for creating a great event and gathering exceptional offerings for the live auction and silent auction.

Congratulations to Ryan Hauk, who was the winner of the fabulous Calibre de Cartier Diver Blue Watch, valued at $10,000. We are very grateful to Humbertown Jewellers for donating the watch.

This event could not be the success it is without the generous support of our sponsors, led by our presenting sponsor Pfaff. The cars on display and the special experiences they provide through the auction got our hearts racing. And we’re sure that all the golfers were very thankful for the golf carts on a rainy day – thank you to our cart sponsor Wasteco!

Photos from the event are posted on Facebook. Be sure to check them out as there are lots of fun photos of soggy, smiling golfers!

Next year’s event is September 9th at Lambton Golf and Country Club. We hope you’ll join us again for another great day of golf.
