St. Joseph’s is one of Canada’s leading community teaching hospitals. Every year, 1,300 students and residents from 47 different medical disciplines choose to come here for real-world experience. Currently, our traditional classrooms are in an older building and aren’t equipped with the best technology for learning or configured to facilitate group dynamics.
What your gift can do
Your support will help take teaching and education to the next level by helping build a Learning and Innovation Centre for our doctors, staff, students and community. You will help give them access to a 200-seat auditorium, skills lab, smart classrooms and other dedicated learning spaces so our teams can keep pace with the latest best practices in patient care.
The new Learning and Innovation Centre is scheduled to open late 2018. Your gift will help build this new centre and support the technology and resources needed to spur learning and training.
