When I In September, I came to Emergency with to St. Joe’s with severe chest pains in the middle of the night, the team took action right away. The Emergency Department took action from the moment I entered. My lung had collapsed and Dr. Maurice Blitz was so caring and reassured me that everything would be ok.
After that first night in the Emergency Department, it was determined I had to have surgery on my lung. I was anxious, but Dr. Michael Ko was so comforting, and really made me feel at ease.
I am so thankful for the care I received from Dr. Blitz, Dr. Ko, the Emergency team and nursing staff. St. Joseph’s was there for me.
