The Health Benefits of Taking a Break

With the kids recently back from spring break, it can suddenly make us realize how little we pause to take a break.

It can often feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day to complete everything we need to do.  We skip lunch or break times so that we can cross one more item off our to-do list. However, skipping lunch to save time and improve work productivity  contradicts many research studies. Taking the time to take a break can actually make us more productive.
