Georgia, 9, and Helen, 11, are all set for a busy summer. They are taking the West End Warrior Challenge because they want to support those on the frontlines at St. Joe’s.
“Our mom is a paramedic so she has been helping keep everyone safe during COVID-19,” says Helen. “We want to do what we can for everyone like her at St. Joe’s because it’s our hospital—it’s where we have always gone when we were sick and our mom was born there.”
Helen is baking 100 cookies and Georgia will be drawing 100 pictures to say thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at St.Joe’s.
“I really like to draw and this is gonna be fun,” say Georgia. “I hope my pictures make everyone happy cause COVID sucks.”
