Aging with Insight

A free educational series in support of seniors and caregivers in our west-end community.

Join us on for the latest session of our Aging with Insight series ‘Eating Well and Keeping Active’, on Wednesday, November 27th, 2024 at 10:30 AM a free virtual educational series designed to support older adults and caregivers in the west-end community.

This session will be led by experts of the St. Joe’s Ambulatory Care Centre Lauren O’Neil, Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, and Jacqueline Holloway, Physiotherapist. Together, they will share practical tips on maintaining a healthy diet and staying physically active as you age, helping you make positive choices for your well-being.

This free virtual event is part of St. Joseph’s Health Centre Foundation’s commitment to providing ongoing education and health resources for seniors in the community and extending care beyond our walls.
