Aging with Insight

A free educational series in support of seniors and caregivers in our west-end community.

Join us for the next session of our Aging with Insight series, ‘Cognitive Health and Aging,’ on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 10:30 AM. This free virtual event, led by Dr. Amanda Chen, a Geriatrician at St. Joe’s, is designed to support older adults and caregivers in our west-end community.

Following her popular talk last year, Dr. Chen returns to share practical insights on maintaining cognitive health as we age, including strategies to prevent cognitive decline and ways to identify and manage conditions like mild cognitive impairment and dementia. You’ll also learn about how to prepare for healthcare decisions that may arise as you age.
