Gerald M. Brawley Estate Foundation

The Gerald M. Brawley Estate Foundation has been generously supporting St. Joe’s since the 1990s in memory of his late mother Anne Fitzgerald Brawley.

Myron and Berna Garron

The Garron family’s $11 million donation increase capacity at St. Joe’s. As an example, now, twice as many patients can receive MRI exams at St. Joe’s.

Peter Gilgan

Peter Gilgan’s gift of $10 million modernize patient spaces like our ambulatory care centre to ensure a better experience, and help purchase new equipment and technology.

Hans Koehle

In honour of his wife, Audrey, Hans donated $11.6 million to St. Joe’s 60 years after he was treated for a severe injury, creating the Lake House Palliative Care Centre.

Eugene Melnyk

As a way of recognizing his family connections to St. Joe’s, Eugene made a donation to connect the Melnyk family name to the front entrance of St. Joe’s, known as the Melnyk Family Pavilion.

Moray & Joanne Tawse

Moray and Joanne Tawse’s gift of $12M expanded the Emergency Department by 40%, including a new Yellow Zone Ambulatory Care Unit and new Resuscitation Centre. The final phase of the Tawse Emergency Department will be completed this Fall.
