A new Reactivation Care Unit
Did you know that without the right support close to home, there’s a 55% re-admission rate to the hospital? Many individuals end up returning to the Emergency Department due to the lack of essential support while recovering from an illness.
You can bring much-needed innovation to our healthcare model by helping build the new Reactivation Care Unit – a space where patients like you can receive the care and support needed to reclaim independence and return safely home to your loved ones.
With 15 private rooms, three semi-private rooms, and areas for dining, recreation, and staff support, the unit will be thoughtfully designed to support every patient’s journey while ensuring safety and comfort.
